While letting curiosity getting the better of me, I wanted to look stuff up on the Devil May Cry Wiki. I've always been curious about its timeline, and I think I may have figured it out. If I missed anything please tell me so I can update it.

I'm so sorry to tell you this but Capcom recently retconned the DMC timeline for DMC5, The new timeline is:
Eva dies, Dante and Vergil are 8
Vergil visits Fortuna and Nero is concieved, Dante and Vergil are 17
At some point the of events of the first DMC novel takes place, though some of the details have been altered
Dmc3 manga Dante and Vergil are 18
Dmc3, dante states a year has passed since their last meeting, ergo they are 19
DMC1, Trish states it's been 20 years since Eva died, ergo Dante is 28
DMC anime is declared by the producer to take place only a year after DMC1, Dante is 29
DMC2 now takes place the same year as the anime due to the retcon.
DMC4 Takes place five years after DMC2, Dante is 34, nero is 17
DMC5 takes place five years after DMC4 Dante is 39, nero is 22
also it appears Enzo Farrino has been replaced completely by morrison. Everything Enzo was said to have done was now apparently done by Morrison.
