Also known as "Boss", Najenda's kinda cool.  She also isn't the "absolute ruler" of the group either; she actually listens to what the other Night Raid Members have to say, even Tatsumi, who's still new to the group.  Despite him being the only one without a Teigu/Imperial Arm, she still sends him out on the nighttime missions, all due to his skills as a swordsman.  Although you could say she rules with an "iron fist"...I'm gonna get shot for that...she still seems somewhat lenient but has a sense of intimidation should you forget something (as shown with Leone early on).  I'd like to see her fight too, but it's always safer for the leader to stay behind until they're absolutely needed; should the leader fall, the rest of the group usually follows suit one way or another (and is normally the best strategy in most games; aim for the leader and shit hits the fan).
